About the position

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Administrator and CEO of La Vita Bella Home Health. This part-time role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Act as a personal assistant to the CEO, handling personal tasks as required.
  • Perform various tasks and errands as directed by administrative staff.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Expertise in calendar management to optimize executive schedules.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations and caregiving is a plus.
