Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for the CEO and other executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Assist in project management and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Engage with employees and customers at all levels to facilitate communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Professional administrative, customer service, or insurance experience.
  • Success working in a collaborative, high-pressure, professional environment.
  • Emotional intelligence and a high level of integrity.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and clerical proofreading skills.
