The Executive Assistant is a pivotal role within our non-profit organization, specifically supporting the President/CEO. This position is designed for an individual with a strong background in the healthcare industry, who can thrive in a professional and stable work environment. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the executive's calendar, arranging travel, and ensuring that all meetings are well-organized and productive. This includes preparing necessary materials, tracking attendance, and following up on action items. The role requires a welcoming demeanor as the Executive Assistant will interact with various stakeholders, including members of the Board of Directors, staff, program participants, and community leaders. Strong communication skills are essential, as the Executive Assistant will also assist with proofreading, copy-editing, and drafting correspondence as needed. In addition to administrative tasks, the Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting board meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring that all relevant information is accurately documented and distributed. The ideal candidate will possess project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion. This position is onsite in Boston, MA, and requires a commitment to working Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
