You will be responsible for conducting a variety of projects and activities that support executive management, ensuring that all tasks are executed with precision and confidentiality. In this role, you will be a trusted member of the team, providing administrative support in a highly confidential manner. Your responsibilities will include traditional administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling, and setting up video conferences. You will also interact with members of the Baxter organization at all levels, including the CEO and other executive leadership team members, as well as colleagues around the globe. Additionally, you will support site-wide communications across various platforms, including articles, blogs, videos, and presentations, while crafting brand awareness programs and collecting feedback from employees and partners for continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will extend to planning and executing various events, managing calendars, handling expense management, coordinating leadership team meetings, and developing creative communication strategies to engage the site workforce. You will also be involved in preparing correspondence, reporting departmental expenses, maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting with staffing activities. This role is essential in ensuring that the executive team is well-supported and that the site operates smoothly and efficiently.
