About the position

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior management by managing executive schedules, making travel arrangements, and overseeing office operations. This role requires handling confidential information with discretion and includes drafting various documents and coordinating events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including travel plans and conference arrangements.
  • Set appointments and make necessary changes to schedules.
  • Oversee office management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Draft memos, letters, and other documents on behalf of senior management.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events.
  • Handle confidential information and data with discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), email scheduling tools, and team management software.
  • Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail.
