Responsibilities

  • Manage complex schedules for Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs) and ensure they have what they need to serve clients effectively.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel needs, including booking travel and accommodations.
  • Process timesheets and expenses in a timely manner.
  • Support administrative aspects of MDP internal commitments, including practice area activities and leadership committees.
  • Build effective working relationships with MDPs, clients, and internal resources to facilitate communication and scheduling.
  • Assist with account planning, client relationship management, and the creation of client team materials.
  • Plan events for MDPs and support high leverage activities as needed.
  • Act as a thought partner and trusted advisor to MDPs, keeping them informed of critical information and guiding their decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment supporting senior executives, strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience.
