About the position

Price Benowitz LLP is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Operations Team in Washington, DC. This full-time position is designed for a motivated professional who can provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the firm. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in managing various administrative tasks, facilitating communication among team members, and supporting the overall operations of the firm. In this role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing day-to-day operational duties, scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics for appointments, and handling correspondence. The successful candidate will also assist with low-level tech support needs, manage office supply inventory, and act as a liaison between different departments. Strong project management skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. The Executive Assistant will be expected to prepare and edit reports and presentations, ensuring that all materials are ready for meetings and other engagements. This position requires a proactive individual who can prioritize workflow effectively, manage their own desk, and work independently with minimal supervision. The Executive Assistant will interact with attorneys and staff at all levels, making strong communication skills a must. Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks and provide support to members of the Operation Team.
  • Assist with low-level tech support needs of the team.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate the arrival of vendors and guests.
  • Handle mail and packages, respond to phone calls and emails, and interact with attorneys and staff.
  • Arrange appointments and manage calendars for the Operation Team.
  • Manage meeting logistics, including calendaring, preparation of materials, and coordination with related teams.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor and order inventory of office supplies.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments within the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Extensively proficient in Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Meet, Calendar) and Slack.
  • Reliable, competent, self-motivated, and able to work with people at all levels.
  • Able to prioritize workflow and manage their own desk with minimal supervision.
