About the position

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our leadership team and act as a trusted partner and advisor. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, orchestrate meetings and events, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will need to have strong planning and time management skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with the leadership Team. This is an onsite position based in the Greater Seattle area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage expense management for the Leadership team, and partner on budgets, headcount, and policies.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence, meeting requests, and follow-ups with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proactively identify and prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring alignment with key business goals and deliverables.
  • Own the coordination, logistics, and direction for events to maximize productivity.
  • Support light project management tasks, such as tracking milestones, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, and preparing status reports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft productivity software including MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint AND using OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Must have at least one year of project management experience.
  • Capable of scheduling, task prioritization, and handling cross-functional deliverables.
  • Proven success supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
