About the position

As an Executive Assistant in our Audit & Advisory (A&A) Services group, you will serve as the primary contact for the audit business leader and provide essential support to the internal audit and claims audit teams. This role is characterized by high visibility and significant responsibility, requiring you to manage a diverse range of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include calendar management, arranging meetings, booking travel, reporting expenses, and maintaining documentation. You will also be responsible for the meticulous preparation of presentation materials, onboarding new team members, and organizing in-office events and special projects. Your efforts will ensure smooth operations and foster a culture of inclusivity and engagement within the team. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will contribute to cross-functional teams focused on enhancing organizational connectedness. This hybrid position requires you to work in the office every Tuesday at our Mayfield, OH location, with additional in-office days as needed based on business requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, along with a minimum of five years of administrative experience in a corporate environment. Strong technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products and financial management tools, are essential for success in this role. You should also demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills, along with a passion for serving others and contributing to team success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for the audit business leader.
  • Support the internal audit and claims audit teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative related work experience.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Experience with financial management tools (Coupa and SAP Concur).
  • Ability to facilitate technology use for conference calls and meetings via Microsoft Teams.
  • Administrative experience in a large corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated strong multi-tasking skills and proactive self-direction.
  • Outstanding communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in event management and coordination.

  • Experience with Service Request Portal and Eptura (formerly known as iOffice).
