About the position

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in Ewing, New Jersey. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and involves managing various business-related tasks for the executive team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the management of executive schedules, which includes arranging meetings and conference calls, as well as efficiently handling travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for the executive team. The position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as the Executive Assistant will also be tasked with developing and distributing meeting minutes in a timely and accurate manner. In addition to these responsibilities, the Executive Assistant will act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external correspondences. Utilizing the Microsoft Office suite, the Executive Assistant will create detailed reports for the executive team, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and professionally presented. The role also demands effective problem-solving skills, leveraging past experience in an executive or administrative assistant role to ensure smooth operations. The Executive Assistant will assist in implementing effective calendar management strategies and will be required to assist in other organizational tasks as needed by the executive team. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of executive schedules, including arranging meetings and conference calls

Requirements
