About the position

As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of our energetic and professional team, providing executive-level assistance to our senior executives and teams. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office by managing complex schedules, coordinating extensive travel plans, and supporting various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports and presentations. Your role will also involve booking and managing extensive travel arrangements for multiple teams and events, which includes flights, lodging accommodations, and transportation. Additionally, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing major projects and events, serving as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders while maintaining high levels of professionalism and confidentiality. In this position, you will also manage tasks related to Accounts Payable and other minor accounting duties. Problem-solving will be a key aspect of your role, as you will need to proactively address and resolve conflicts or issues that arise, ensuring efficient use of executive time. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. You will need excellent math skills for managing travel budgets and basic accounting tasks, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with executives, colleagues, and clients. Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is essential.

Responsibilities
