About the position

The Executive Assistant to the CEO at Allegiance Behavioral Health is a vital support role that ensures the efficient operation of the CEO's daily activities. This position involves managing a variety of administrative tasks, streamlining communication, and developing effective processes to facilitate the CEO's focus on strategic growth. The role requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels, serving as a primary point of contact for the CEO's office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's complex calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Monitor, manage, and respond to the CEO's emails, ensuring prompt attention to urgent matters.
  • Draft, edit, and review emails and communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming correspondence, reports, and requests.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and necessary documents.
  • Track and follow up on tasks, projects, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the CEO.
  • Arrange and manage the CEO's travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
  • Possesses a four (4) year bachelor's degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
  • Maintains a current, valid Nursing Home Administrator's License.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of applicable management or comparable experience in a long-term care setting.
