About the position

The Executive Assistant will support clients by managing executive schedules, making travel arrangements, overseeing office management, and drafting various documents. This role requires discretion in handling confidential information and involves planning and coordinating both internal and external events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules including travel plans and conference arrangements.
  • Set appointments and make necessary changes to schedules.
  • Oversee office management to ensure smooth operations.
  • Draft memos, letters, and other documents on behalf of senior management.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external events.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), email scheduling tools, and team management software.
  • Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail.
