The position also involves making travel arrangements, which includes coordinating flights and accommodations for domestic travel. The Executive Assistant must be proficient in using contemporary software packages, particularly in spreadsheet development, and should possess strong writing skills to create error-free documents. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work on multiple projects.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience supporting a CEO or Executive Director directly.
