About the position

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO of Straticon Construction. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office and involves a variety of tasks that require a high degree of organization and adaptability. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for conducting research, organizing reports, and handling information requests. Additionally, the role includes performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings for executives. The position demands a proactive individual who is willing to assist with daily responsibilities that may change over time, including personal errands for the CEO. In this role, the Executive Assistant will direct calls to appropriate parties and take messages through the company platform. Organization and clerical support are essential, as the assistant will be updating documentation and coordinating calendars. Greeting visitors who meet with the executive and ensuring that all necessary information is prepared for meetings is also a key responsibility. The position includes running errands, making travel arrangements for executives, managing calendars, and assisting with technology issues. The Executive Assistant will also be expected to perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the CEO and the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and iOS
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn company software
  • Extremely organized and adaptable
  • Reliable transportation for various errands and tasks
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office
