Requirements

Responsibilities

• Handle the Indeed recruitment process and pre-screen candidates.
• Coordinate and manage the executive calendar, ensuring all appointments are properly sequenced.
• Take notes during meetings and distribute them to attendees afterward.
• Place orders for office supplies and other business needs.
• Run local errands, such as picking up orders or dropping off company apparel for cleaning.
• Schedule personal appointments for the executives and their families, ensuring they fit within the calendar.
• Assist with inventory management and stock counting.
• Occasionally travel to the Birmingham office as needed.
• Gather quotes and estimates from vendors for various needs.
• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform data entry and clerical tasks as required.
• Assist with light office cleaning tasks when necessary.
• Field inbound calls and return calls as needed.
