About the position

As the Executive Assistant at Lotus USA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Group Executive Director and the US leadership team by managing business operational tasks and projects. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of responsibilities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and acting as a liaison between the executive and the leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar of the Group Executive Director by filtering and prioritizing all tasks and activities.
  • Serve as the secretary of internal committees, defining agendas, selecting attendees, preparing meeting minutes, monitoring follow-ups, and executing decisions through IT systems.
  • Act as a liaison between the Executive Director and the leadership team to coordinate activities within the organization.
  • Serve as the primary interface of the Group Executive Director outside of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Advanced experience in a similar role supporting a Group Executive Director.
  • Significant project management experience in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Experience in managing and monitoring internal budgets within budget constraints.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter with initiative and organized, reliable, results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Experience collaborating across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Resilient and able to thrive under pressure and strict deadlines without compromising accuracy.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Project management qualification(s).
  • Proficiency in Chinese.
