As an Executive Assistant at NetApp, you will provide essential administrative support to one or several Vice Presidents within the Worldwide Customer Success organization. This role encompasses supporting the VPs of Worldwide Customer Support Delivery and Support Account Management, along with their direct staff, which includes Senior Directors and Directors. The organizations you will be part of are dynamic and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support and care to our customers. Your position is pivotal in shaping the culture that defines our interactions with customers and partners, allowing you to contribute significantly to customer loyalty and employee retention. Your responsibilities will include a wide variety of tasks that may involve research and data analysis, preparation of reports and recommendations, and coordination between various departments and external parties. To excel in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills to manage sensitive and confidential situations, as well as analytical abilities to gather, organize, summarize, and report information effectively. Attention to detail is critical, especially when creating communications and presentations that reflect the professionalism of the leadership team. In this role, you will work closely with Executives and Directors on highly confidential issues and projects related to employee information, legal matters, and company data. You will coordinate and prepare materials, including presentations for both internal and external meetings, and manage complex global travel arrangements for the Vice Presidents and other senior staff members. Additionally, you will act as the project and logistics manager for executive offsites and global department meetings, ensuring that all aspects of these events are meticulously planned and executed. Your ability to screen incoming calls and correspondence, schedule meetings, and organize programs and events will be essential to the smooth operation of the leadership team.
