This position offers a unique opportunity to join a ground floor venture, allowing you to play a significant role in the company's growth and success from the very beginning. The established entrepreneur leading this initiative is seeking an Executive Assistant who can provide essential administrative and operational support. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require a high level of organization, efficiency, and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the Google online suite and other basic office software, demonstrating strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You will need to be able to take general direction and apply it effectively to solve problems and complete tasks. Multitasking is a crucial skill for this role, as you will be managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is available as both full-time and part-time, with a pay range of $27.50 to $30.00 per hour. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, with weekends required as needed. The work location is hybrid remote, based in Palo Alto, CA, and candidates must be able to commute or relocate to this area before starting work.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the established entrepreneur.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Handle communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents.
  • Perform general office tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google online suite and basic office software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (1 year preferred).
