About the position

The sous chef position at Superfolie is designed for a passionate individual with a strong interest in food, menu development, and recipe testing. The role involves managing cooking operations on-site and at other locations, while also maintaining inventory and stock levels. Responsibilities

  • Manage and cook on site
  • Prep and/or cook at our other locations, The Good King Tavern and Superette
  • Take direction and communicate productively with a small team
  • Develop and test new recipes
  • Maintain inventory and manage stock levels
