About the position

The Executive Compensation Analyst will support the executive compensation department in the areas of executive compensation program design and analysis and preparation of executive compensation materials for Senior Management and the Compensation & Organization (C&O) Committee. The position will report to the Manager, Executive Compensation and will be a key member of the executive compensation team. The individual assuming this role will work with corporate and global Human Resource/Center of Excellence teams as well as counterparts in finance, accounting, legal, and payroll. This position will offer flexibility for remote work schedules and can be based from a variety of US locations. In this role, the analyst will assist in the evaluation and analysis of executive compensation data, participate in the implementation and administration of executive compensation programs and initiatives which include base, variable, and long-term incentive pay. The analyst will conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices. Additionally, the analyst will draft compensation-related proxy tables and assist with preparation of the Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) for inclusion in the annual proxy statement. The role also involves compiling perquisite data for Section 16 officers for annual proxy statement reporting and conducting research and providing analysis on executive compensation, including the structure of compensation and reviewing public filings such as proxy statements. The analyst will support the preparation of deliverables for C&O Committee meetings and respond to ad-hoc requests from Senior Management of C&O Committee Chair. Furthermore, the analyst will support the administration of the Company's international equity program and assist in developing tools and templates to provide analytical support as needed. The role requires a commitment to thinking and acting globally, actively building relationships with business and HR stakeholders, leveraging technology to drive efficient processes, and continuously documenting and improving processes to eliminate manual efforts.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field plus at least 2 years of relevant compensation experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large data sets and present data in a meaningful way.
  • Relevant compensation experience with a focus on executive compensation, incentive plans including long-term incentives, working with market/survey data, compliance, and core compensation processes.
  • Experience using Workday preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders and explaining complex information clearly.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships and set clear expectations with business partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Extreme attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with global compensation preferred.
  • Experience in large, complex organization is preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) a plus.
