About the position

The Executive Creative Director will lead a dynamic creative team at a creative agency specializing in social-first marketing strategies. This role involves fostering a creative culture, strategically planning and executing creative directions, and mentoring the next generation of creative leaders. The position requires collaboration with various departments to ensure innovative solutions that meet client expectations while staying ahead of industry trends, particularly in the realm of Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Foster a creative culture that empowers team members and encourages innovative thinking.
• Strategically plan and execute creative directions that align with long-term goals.
• Enhance ideation and strengthen relationships across all departments for cohesive project approaches.
• Develop the next generation of creative leaders through mentorship and hands-on leadership.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to translate strategic directions into creative solutions.
• Champion a culture of curiosity and innovation, integrating emerging technologies into creative strategies.
• Support business development efforts alongside the Growth Team.

Requirements

• 10+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably in agency settings or with large brands.
• Demonstrative ability for strategic thinking, visual design, and storytelling capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills for inspiring teams and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to foster a positive work environment and encourage innovation and collaboration.
• Expertise in branding, marketing, and advertising with a track record of impactful creative outcomes.
• Proven ability to work in an integrated way with other departments.
