FleishmanHillard, a global integrated communications agency, is seeking a hands-on, self-starting Executive Creative Director (ECD) to lead creative ideation, concepting, and art/copy direction for fully integrated public relations programs. This role is pivotal in developing campaigns for some of the world's most beloved brands, working closely with the global creative leadership and strategy teams. The ECD will be responsible for executing earned-first multi-channel campaigns that not only drive business results but also resonate culturally. The ECD will collaborate across various teams and offices, bringing an innovative mindset to both client work and business development. This position requires a proactive approach to generating and selling creative, actionable, and unique programs that are rooted in clear insights about the client's business and audience. The ECD will develop and present impactful ideas and recommendations to executive-level clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all concepts align with client business goals. In addition to driving creative excellence, the ECD will act as a mentor and advisor to the creative team, fostering strategic thinking and encouraging a diverse range of ideas. This role also involves engaging with senior-level decision-makers, developing integrated communications plans, and identifying growth opportunities with current and prospective clients. As a key member of the office's senior leadership team, the ECD will help elevate FleishmanHillard's creative practice through business development and marketing efforts, leveraging the team's expertise to pursue significant opportunities in both local and global markets.
