We are seeking a dynamic individual with a unique blend of technology and creative expertise to join our team as Vice President of the Internal Marketing agency. You will play a pivotal role in defining and deploying strategic business and technical frameworks, ensuring a cohesive and groundbreaking brand presence across all platforms. Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership to the team, setting strategic direction and fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Work within a talented, multi-disciplinary environment as a hands-on design leader, driving user-centered innovation and enterprise-scale experiences.
  • Promote creative and technical innovation, orchestrate unique visual experiences that resonate with our global brand.
  • Provide directorial oversight to a global team comprised of UX/UI designers, copywriters, and traffic managers.
  • Be at the center of defining/deploying business and technical strategies, processes, and frameworks that deliver valuable experiences.
  • Keep on top of design and AI trends including best practices; constantly leading the team to innovate.
  • Utilize insights & research to develop a best-in-class experience.
  • Work cross-functionally across the globe, forging relationships with leaders across departments to tell a cohesive brand story.
  • Collaborate and manage relationships with any external vendors.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in creative leadership roles with a proven track record of leading large global teams.
  • Expertise in driving user-centered design and enterprise-scale experiences.
  • Proficiency in utilizing insights and research to develop user-centric solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technology-infused design solutions.
  • Ability to integrate technical and creative strategies to drive innovation.
  • Keeping abreast of design and AI trends, including best practices.
  • Comfortable engaging with GenAI tools as a collaborative partner.
  • Strong project management experience, ability to effectively organize team priorities and initiatives.
  • Ability to manage large-scale projects with a focus on technical and creative integration.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable business impact and the ability to lead creative work that aligns with Publicis Sapient's global brand strategy and vision.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
