About The Position

Requirements

• 5-8 years of combined work experience and education in management and operational roles.
• Management experience is required; operational management experience is preferred.
• School leadership experience in a post-secondary environment is a plus.
• Proven ability to effectively lead a team and manage budgets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing accreditation and/or compliance is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and execute established policies and procedures.
• Experience with student admissions/enrollment is a bonus.
• A Vocational Diploma, or an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all school operations and ensure compliance with educational standards.
• Manage the student admissions and enrollment process.
• Directly manage students, staff, salon clients, and community partnerships.
• Conduct student orientation and provide advising.
• Complete classroom observations and maintain student and staff records.
• Address all issues pertaining to school operations.
