About the position

The Executive Director / General Manager at Avenida Folsom is responsible for overseeing the operations of a new active living community for seniors aged 55 and above. This role focuses on ensuring a safe, luxurious, and enriching living environment while leading the team and building relationships within the community to drive occupancy. Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the active living community.
• Ensure a safe and enriching living space for tenants aged 55+.
• Lead and supervise team members effectively.

Requirements

• Two years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to build and lead teams effectively.
