About the position

The Executive Director (Registered Nurse, RN) in Home Health at SunCrest Home Health is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home care provider. This leadership role involves coordinating patient care, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing the agency's profitability while fostering a culture of caring and trust within the team and the community.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Administrator of the home health provider, overseeing daily operations.
• Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support company objectives.
• Oversee patient eligibility for home care services and plan for their care.
• Supervise total home health care services provided to patients.
• Implement and maintain administrative practices and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Enhance agency profitability and motivate staff to ensure quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance, with access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
