About The Position
The Executive Director in Training (EDIT) role is a 12-month comprehensive training program designed to prepare individuals for the position of Senior Living Executive Director. Under the guidance of an experienced Executive Director Preceptor, the EDIT will engage in various operational aspects of a Belmont Village assisted living and memory care community, gaining hands-on experience and progressively taking on more responsibilities.
