About The Position
The Executive Director of Learning Design at ETS will spearhead the strategy for developing learning and assessment solutions within the K16 Business Unit. This role involves leading a team of learning scientists, instructional designers, and user experience professionals to create impactful, evidence-based learning experiences tailored to user needs. The Executive Director will engage in user-centered design, synthesize learning and measurement science research, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
