About the position

The Executive Director/Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at Trilogy is responsible for overseeing the operations of the nursing home, ensuring high-quality care for residents while managing staff and resources effectively. This role emphasizes compassionate leadership, team collaboration, and compliance with regulatory standards, making it a pivotal position in enhancing the resident experience and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization and implementation of campus programs and activities while evaluating performance.
• Assist department leaders in the execution of performance evaluations for their team members.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are being met by department leaders while promoting cross-functional teamwork.
• Serve as the campus representative with outside agencies including governmental agencies and third-party payers.
• Inspect the campus on a routine basis to guarantee policies/procedures are followed and Trilogy Service Standards are met.
• Participate in campus surveys/inspections made by authorized governmental agencies.
• Develop plans for correction based on notes during the inspection and provide copies to the Home Office and government agency.
• Recruit, hire, and retain qualified personnel to achieve campus programs and services.
• Prepare the annual operating budget for the campus, monitor the performance of the facility in relation to budget, and intervene as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Active LNHA in state of operation
• Prior experience in Long Term Care industry
• Compassion and a positive, outgoing personality
• Strong critical thinking, communication, team building, and leadership skills.
