The Executive Director will be accountable for the development of the bespoke BMS Marketing Quotient framework, which reflects the new and changing environment. This framework aims to ensure a consistent approach across the company to drive customer behavior change, ultimately enabling patients to receive appropriate therapies. With numerous portfolio changes and a focus on niche and rare diseases, the need for a senior leader with marketing and talent development expertise is critical. The Executive Director will work across various markets and engage with senior leaders within the company, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that promotes change management. In this role, the Executive Director will also be responsible for identifying critical skills for marketers, establishing structured job profiles, and articulating career journeys. Creating a learning organization that captures best practices and embeds launch learnings for future brands will be essential. The Executive Director will develop a proactive communication plan to share the phased development and implementation approach to marketing excellence across the company, ensuring that all marketers can learn and grow within the organization.
