About the position

The Executive Director of Client Experience, Marketing, and Communications is a senior-level executive responsible for enhancing the overall client experience and brand awareness for Innovayte, particularly for investment advisors and affiliated brokerage firms. This role involves strategic leadership in marketing and communications, managing relationships with vendors, and ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development and execution of strategies for client experience, marketing, and communications to support business objectives and enhance the advisor experience.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesive integration of platform, marketing, and communications within the brand framework.
  • Gathers and analyzes advisor feedback, working closely with the team to prioritize and implement enhancements to improve overall experience.
  • Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the industry landscape, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensures all marketing and communication initiatives align with the company's mission, vision, and values.
  • Oversees the creation of engaging and impactful marketing campaigns, communications, and content across multiple channels.
  • Leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Produces training videos for internal and external partners to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in client experience, marketing, and communications roles, with a track record of success in leadership positions.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated strategies that drive business growth and improve client experience.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and communication strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze client feedback to drive improvements and innovations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • If you do not already have a Securities license relevant to your role at Innovayte, you will be required to take and pass the Securities Industries Essentials exam provided by FINRA.

  • Advanced degree in a related field preferred.
