Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics to optimize productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role within a dynamic environment.
• Upscale and Fine Dining Restaurant Management experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong skills in process improvement methodologies and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, with experience guiding senior leadership teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.
