About the position

The Executive Director of Physician Operations is responsible for providing administrative leadership to all physicians at Valley View Hospital. This role involves planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating, and controlling the operations of all physician practices, ensuring that quality services are delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures. The Executive Director will work collaboratively with hospital physicians to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership to all Valley View physicians.
• Plan, organize, delegate, coordinate, and control the operation of all physician practices.
• Ensure quality services are provided according to established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with hospital physicians to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Master's degree in health administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in progressive management in the healthcare field.
• Strong management skills including organization, interpersonal communication, mediation, negotiation, and independent decision-making.
• Active knowledge of and participation in the community.
