About the position
Copley Hospital, a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Morrisville/Stowe, Vermont, is seeking an Executive Director of Physician Practices to join its executive team. This role is pivotal in managing the operational and strategic aspects of medical practices across multiple locations. The Executive Director will implement high-level strategic initiatives under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer and ensure efficient daily operations. The position requires a proactive, hands-on approach, strong managerial skills, and an understanding of medical office procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare system and a commitment to excellence in healthcare management.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational and strategic aspects of medical practices across multiple locations.
- Implement high-level strategic initiatives under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer.
- Maintain efficient and effective daily operations.
- Manage complex patient interactions and drive the development of processes and systems.
- Oversee staff management and ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
