About the position
The Executive Director of Product Management will lead the product strategy and development efforts for the casino gaming portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of casino gaming and management, along with a strong background in product management within the casino/gaming sector. The position involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and providing leadership to the product management team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy for the casino gaming portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative casino products.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and maintain a strong understanding of player behavior and casino operations.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and the SDLC process to manage product development efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the product management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
- Extensive experience in casino gaming and casino management.
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a focus on casinos/gaming.
- Proven experience in building casino products from scratch.
