The Small Business Card Spend Enablement Executive Director at Chase Card Services is responsible for leading strategies that enhance cash flow enablement for customers. This role requires strong strategic leadership and organizational skills, as well as expertise in card payments and agile development practices. The position involves collaboration across various functions and segments within Chase to create a comprehensive spending enablement roadmap, ultimately aiming to deliver exceptional customer benefits and experiences.
Responsibilities

- Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control expectations and procedures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven financial product management and leadership experience, particularly in credit cards.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Strong focus on customer experience with a track record of improvement.
- Ability to build and sustain profitable businesses through marketing strategies and product development.
- Exceptional leadership skills to build teams and attract top talent.
- Strategic thinker with creativity and innovation, while also focusing on details and processes.
- Proven leadership and influencing skills to collaborate across a matrixed team.
Nice-to-haves
- Credit card product experience combined with product development is preferred.
