About the position

The Executive Director, US Corporate and Healthcare Sales Leader for Data Center/Infrastructure at Lenovo is responsible for setting the strategic direction and sales vision for the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). This role focuses on driving growth in infrastructure solutions, including services, storage, and software, specifically targeting US Corporate and Healthcare customers. The Executive Director will lead a large enterprise sales team, develop technology sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to align innovative solutions with customer business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • P&L Owner with financial responsibility for revenue, gross profit, and investment to achieve management targets.
  • Lead, influence, and collaborate within a matrixed organization to inspire and motivate employees to exceed targets.
  • Drive operational excellence through effective business management of leaders and individual contributors.
  • Build a high-performance team by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Understand and meet customer needs while fostering strong relationships and exceeding expectations.
  • Align organizational goals with vision and strategy while adapting to changing business conditions.
  • Champion continuous improvement methodologies and drive change through effective communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market conditions and build go-to-market strategies to differentiate Lenovo offerings.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with channel partners, alliance partners, and global system integrators.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT industry experience in sales leadership or equivalent role focused on data center/infrastructure in the healthcare and corporate space.
  • 5+ years of US or global sales leadership experience, managing leaders and individual contributors.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $220,000-$250,000 with potential bonuses and commissions.
