About the position

The Executive Director of Clinical Operations for Inception Health and Digital Health Clinical Operations for Froedtert Health is responsible for leading all clinical aspects of digital health program operations. This role focuses on driving strategic alignment of digital health clinical efforts to ensure high-quality care delivery across the health network.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead all clinical aspects of digital health program operations.
• Drive strategic alignment of digital health clinical efforts across Inception Health and Froedtert Health.
• Ensure consistent high-quality care delivery in digital health programs.
• Manage and develop digital health programs in a highly matrixed environment.
• Motivate and work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Interpret and adapt to stressful conditions while maintaining quality care.
• Lead and drive change initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role, preferably in a major hospital or health system.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC.
• Experience in developing and managing digital health programs.
