About the position

The Executive Director of Clinical Operations for Inception Health and the Executive Director of Digital Health Clinical Operations for Froedtert Health is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all clinical aspects of digital health program operations. This position is designed to ensure that digital health clinical efforts are strategically aligned across Inception Health and Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin. The Executive Director will focus on optimizing the delivery of high-quality care, ensuring that the organization is well-positioned to meet the evolving needs of patients and the healthcare landscape. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including the development and management of digital health programs, fostering collaboration among various stakeholders, and driving initiatives that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. The Executive Director will also be tasked with leading change initiatives, navigating challenges, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to support the mission and goals of the health network.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for all clinical aspects of digital health program operations.
  • Drive the strategic alignment of digital health clinical efforts across Inception Health and Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin.
  • Develop and manage digital health programs in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality care delivery across digital health initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration among various stakeholders to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Lead change initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a related healthcare leadership role, preferably in a major hospital, health system, or teaching hospital setting.
  • A background in healthcare management is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
  • Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC.
