About The Position
The Executive Director of the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) is responsible for leading the organization in promoting economic development activities within the City of Pflugerville. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring the implementation of the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to develop initiatives that encourage business attraction, retention, and expansion, ultimately contributing to the local economy's growth.
