About the position

The Executive Director at Allure of Zion is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations of an assisted living and memory care community. The position focuses on ensuring an exceptional living experience for residents while managing the facility's leadership team and daily operations. The Executive Director will also be tasked with compliance, staffing, budgeting, and representing the company in various capacities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the leader and liaison for the facility.
• Assign Administrator license to the facility.
• Oversee and manage the leadership team at the facility.
• Develop and implement plans and goals for the facility.
• Coordinate and supervise daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor attainment of objectives.
• Undertake staffing responsibilities (scheduling, hiring, training, evaluating, etc.).
• Budget and monitor expenses and finances.
• Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Area Director or Regional Team.

Requirements

• At least five years' experience in providing health care services to adults with physical disabilities or the elderly population in an assisted living program, inpatient hospital, or long-term care setting.
• At least two years of management experience.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Good moral and ethical character with a positive and energetic attitude.
• High School diploma/GED or one to three months of related experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
