About the position

The Executive Director at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) will support the President and CEO in establishing and monitoring strategic initiatives and goals for the company and its Corporate Services Division. This role involves managing special programs and projects aimed at maximizing operational efficiencies and facilitating internal goal achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the President and CEO in developing, prioritizing, communicating, and monitoring strategic initiatives and goals.
  • Identify, recommend, and develop opportunities to optimize Company operations, business processes, investments, and resources.
  • Provide regular reporting to the President and CEO on progress and achievement of goals.
  • Lead the research, development, management, and implementation of assigned strategic and operational projects and programs.
  • Conduct research, perform analysis, and prepare and present executive-level reports with findings and recommendations.
  • Represent the President and CEO in the business planning process.
  • Provide executive-level updates and escalate issues to the appropriate leaders as needed.
  • Participate in the development of annual budgets and objectives for the Company, Division, and Departments.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and cooperation across senior leaders and departments.
  • Enhance communication between the President and CEO and senior leaders to maximize collaboration and trust.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of program or project planning and management experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chains.
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple business units as a team or project leader.
  • Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office products.
