Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the hospice agency.
  • Ensure growth and financial performance of the organization.
  • Employ qualified hospice personnel and coordinate their evaluations.
  • Establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Manage budgetary responsibilities including development and monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Active RN license preferred.
  • Minimum of eight years of healthcare administration experience.
  • Minimum of three years in hospice operations management.
  • Prior experience with budgetary responsibilities.
  • Broad knowledge of federal and state regulations.
  • Outstanding leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
