About the position

As the Executive Director/Director of Operations at Moments Hospice, you will lead a compassionate team dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients and families during end-of-life journeys. This role involves shaping the strategic direction and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring optimal team performance and compliance with regulations. You will make critical decisions, set priorities, and drive results to achieve clinical and operational goals, all while fostering a supportive and empowering work environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hospice expertise preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration required; Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of healthcare theories, concepts, and best practices with a focus on hospice care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
