About The Position
The Executive Director at Leisure Living - Grace Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care is responsible for overseeing the overall experience of residents, families, and staff while ensuring the financial health of the community. This role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to foster a culture of safety, belonging, and peace of mind for all stakeholders.
