About the position

The Executive Financial Analyst FP&A at Sixt USA is responsible for supporting the administration of P&L activities and enhancing the control environment related to Fleet needs through strategic modeling and analysis. This role involves providing senior leadership with actionable business insights to drive results and contribute to sustainable EBT growth, focusing on financial analysis, strategic planning, and the development of the annual plan.

Responsibilities

• Owning projections and translating financial results into key performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Developing and maintaining rolling financial forecasts focused on fleet cost analysis and margin modeling.
• Supporting and steering projects end-to-end with stakeholders to optimize fleet costs for North America.
• Analyzing rental fraud patterns and recommending solutions to prevent vehicle theft.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, QuickSight, etc.).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
• Proven communication skills and ability to drive organizational change.
• Experience in strategic planning and budget development.

• Experience in rental fraud analysis and prevention solutions.
• Familiarity with fleet management and cost optimization strategies.
