About the position

The Executive Financial Analyst at Sixt Rent a Car is responsible for supporting the administration of P&L activities and enhancing the control environment related to operational staffing needs through strategic modeling and analysis. This role involves providing senior leadership with actionable business insights to drive results and contribute to sustainable EBT growth, focusing on financial analysis, strategic planning, and the development of the annual plan.

Responsibilities

• Own projections and translate financial results into key performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Lead Operations Productivity modeling to optimize staffing for enhanced operational execution.
• Manage the Labor and Service (L&S) process for North America, including quarterly back testing and developing analyses to drive operational efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts focused on revenue projections, cost analysis, and margin modeling.
• Create comprehensive expansion business cases to support organizational growth initiatives, including market analysis and risk assessment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis as needed to meet business needs.

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• CPA or Finance Certification preferred.
• 3+ years experience in Finance as an individual contributor.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL, with the ability to translate raw data into financial summaries and actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive organizational change.
• Ability to resolve escalated issues requiring coordination with other departments.
