Under the direction of the Deputy Director of the Division of Patrol (DOP), serves as a function administrator, organizes, plans, executes, controls, and evaluates the fiscal operations of the DOP. Researches, recommends, and implements policy for the total fiscal process for the DOP. Develops and directs procedures for the operations of the Division to ensure compliance with policies. Confers with management and makes presentations on problematic issues. Prepares budget proposals and manages the cost centers for the Division. Evaluates the operation of the DOP with delegated authority of the Deputy Director's Office (DDO); reports any issues to the DDO; recommends, advises of and implements corrective action plans. Oversees the database of DOP files housing Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs), Intergovernmental Agreements (IGAs) and other related agreements and documents that bind the Illinois State Police.
