About the position

As an Executive Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Franklin D. Azar & Associates P.C., you will be an integral part of our legal team, providing essential support to our senior executives. This role is designed for a highly organized individual who can manage a variety of legal administrative tasks with precision and professionalism. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the executives' offices, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and making travel arrangements, which requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. In addition to calendar management, you will prepare and distribute important documents, reports, and presentations for meetings, ensuring that all materials are accurate and delivered on time. You will also assist with legal correspondence, including filing and reviewing pleadings, which is critical to the success of our legal operations. As the primary point of contact between senior executives and both internal and external stakeholders, you will need to communicate effectively and maintain professional relationships. Handling confidential and sensitive information is a key aspect of this position, and you must demonstrate discretion and integrity in all your dealings. You will also assist in the planning and execution of special projects, which may involve collaboration with various departments within the firm. Administrative tasks such as expense reporting and file management will also be part of your responsibilities, requiring you to maintain an extensive filing system for correspondence, business matters, and other related data. Responsibilities
